Privacy Statement

Policy on Document Submission to the Repository

1. Documents can only be submitted by accredited members, scientific researchers, registered students, and institution employees or their authorized representatives.

2. Authors can only submit their own work for archiving.

3. Individuals who submit documents must provide bibliographic metadata for all their publications.

4. Individuals who submit documents must provide full texts of all their publications, although the documents they submit may not be immediately available to the public in order to comply with publisher embargoes.

5. The administrator reviews documents for compliance with the established requirements for authors/individuals who submit documents, compliance with the repository's requirements, permissibility of structure and format, as well as absence of spam.

6. The accuracy and correctness of the content of the submitted documents is solely the responsibility of the individual who submits the documents.

7. Documents can be submitted at any time but will not be publicly accessible until the publisher or sponsor embargo period expires.

8. Any violations of copyright are the responsibility of the authors/individuals who submit the documents.

9. If evidence of copyright infringement is received by the Repository, the corresponding document will be promptly removed.



Policy on Preservation

1. Documents are stored in the Repository indefinitely.

2. The Repository will provide the ability to read and access documents:

2.1. Documents will be converted to new file formats as needed.

2.2. Emulation software will be provided whenever possible to ensure access to unconverted formats.

2.3. Some non-standard file formats may not be readable.

3. The Repository regularly creates backups of its files according to the current effective method of operation.

4. The original binary stream is preserved for all documents, in addition to modernized formats.

5. Documents are typically not allowed to be removed from the Repository without the assistance of the administrator.

6. Reasons for withdrawing documents include:

6.1. Journal publisher rules.

6.2. Proven copyright infringements or plagiarism.

6.3. Legal requirements and proven violations.

6.4. National security threats.

6.5. Falsified scientific research.

7. Withdrawn documents are not deleted entirely but are removed from public access.

8. Identifiers/URLs of withdrawn documents are preserved indefinitely.

9. The URL will continue to point to the withdrawn documents to avoid broken links and preserve the document's history record, including:

9.1. Links to replacement versions if available.

9.2. Entries with explanations for the reasons for withdrawal.

10. Metadata of withdrawn documents will not be available for search.

11. Changes to posted documents are not permitted.

12. Lists of typos and corrections may be included in the original record if necessary.
